Postage and Packing charges are vary depending on the weight of the acquired goods.
Items are shipped by Royal Mail, normally the same day if ordered before 11AM. However, please allow 24/48 hours for dispatch.
If you are usually not at home during the day, we would recommend that you have your items delivered to a work address to avoid delays/loss.
Items ordered over a weekend/ bank holiday will be sent on the next available working day, unless the order is placed during a closed period, in which case it will be clearly marked on the site.
New Level Nails cannot be held responsible for any delays, such as postal strikes or loss which are wholly outside our control.
Products will be delivered after full payment has been received.
